Questions accountants actually ask

What counts as an extra client?
A client company beyond the number in your package. Extras cost your package's per-client rate (the same rate, not a penalty rate), and an extra client is only billed in months where it was active: at least one collected document or one reminder sent.
What happens when a client leaves?
You choose: export the client's data and delete it, or hand the profile over so the client can continue in their own account. Either way, it stops counting toward your bill.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You can export every original document and all structured data before, during, and after cancelling. Export is never blocked by package, payment state, or cancellation.
Is VAT included in these prices?
Prices are shown without VAT. Where the law requires it, VAT is added on your invoice and shown separately.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every package includes unlimited users. The price depends only on how many client companies you manage.
What happens if I pay with a RON card?
We charge in euros. If your card account is in lei, your bank converts the charge at its own rate, so the amount in lei can vary slightly from month to month.
Can I cancel an annual subscription mid-term?
Inside the first 40 days, yes: the guarantee refunds the whole year. After that, an annual term runs to its end: it will not renew, but there is no pro-rata refund for the remaining months. We say this here and again at checkout, so it never arrives as a surprise.
